	The Chalet Serie Standard box dimensions: 6.00m x 3.60m x height 2.40m (for site offices in Lebanon and for export) or 2.80m (if you need a construction permit in Lebanon) Multistorey arrangement : a ground floor plus three stories. We combine this module to get several models. Standard design houses is done for B22 up to B200 ( 200m2). Drawings and price list are available
This product is avilable for Lebanon as well as for Export.
	The Bungalow Serie A solid precast concrete construction, which was launched at BIEL Fair Beirut on the 6th of sept, 2005 The basic module is an hexagone having a depth of 360cm, this cell clear height is 240cm. We combine this module to get several models. It is designed to go up to 3 stories + a ground floor. Standard design houses is done for B12 up to B72 ( 72m2). Drawings and price list are available

Scope of use

This System is designed for villas and small constructions, such as: commercial offices, residential houses, construction site offices, newspaper kiosk, gasoline station, resting area on the highways, guardian house, sentry box …With the possibility of building two stories and more….

The Chalet Serie

The basic module dimensions are 390cm x600cm. This cell clear height is 240 or 280cm. We combine this module to get several models such as:

The chalet MB24 with or without bathroom and without a kitchenette

The Chalet Deluxe MB47 and the Chalet Deluxe plus MB 65 ( living, bath, kitchenette, 2 rooms and 2 covered terraces)

The Chalet Supreme MB104 with a kitchenette, a bath room, a living room, a dining room, 3 bedrooms, 2 small covered terrace and one large covered terrace.

The Bungalow Serie

The basic module is an hexagone having a depth of 360cm, this cell clear height is 240cm. We combine this module to get several models such as:

The Bungalow MB12 with or without bathroom and without a kitchenette

The Bungalow Deluxe MB24 with one room, one bathroom and one kitchenette.

The Bungalow Supreme MB36 with one room, one living, one bathroom and one kitchenette.

The Bungalow Supreme Deluxe MB60 with a kitchenette, a bath room, a living room, a dining room, 2 bedrooms and one large covered terrace.

The Bungalow Supreme Deluxe MB72, compared to the MB60, it has one more room.

For both series, refer to our specimen of drawings that are given in our brochures. You may as well do your own combination of module.

and soon ,the MB 24 ( dimensions 3.90x6.00cm) and the MB28 ( dimensions 3.90x7.20cm).... to apply to the villa serie and the Cabane serie
