Mega Homes: Residential multistorey
building system:
Precast concrete vertical panels , solid or sandwich
providing very high resistance to earthquake and to fire . As for thermal
insulation we can go as low as 0.40 Kcal/hour x m2 x deg C. The slab are
is the Mega Floor, a super extruded hollow core slab plus.
We developed two systems:
-the load bearing panel construction system for
multistorey buildings 3 to 4 stories + ground floor
-The column and beam structure construction system, for
multistorey buildings over 5 stories |

The Scope of works
Mega Homes supplies and installation
Mega Homes is a comprehensive precast
concrete modular housing system designed for a ground floor+3 stories. It is
composed of single footings, ties, prestressed concrete slab made of
rectangular beams and hollow core slabs. The ground floor is an elevated
slab. The external walls are 15cm thermally insulated precast concrete
sandwich panels. While internal walls surrounding the stair case and
separating the contiguous apartments are solid precast concrete.
Complementary finishing Mechanically
toweled screed over the slab, covering the screed with faux parquet, gypsum
board partitions, electrical works, aluminum carpentry and wooden carpentry,
