Product description |
It is 6cm prestressed
component,with 5 standard width of 60 , 120 , 240 and the economical width
of 142cm.The length is variable to fit the project.The lower
surface is a smooth fair face concrete and the upper surface is roughened
to interface with the 2nd phase concrete.The edges are provided with
15x15mm chamfers.
For special application we
produce Predalle with a thickness over 6cm and a custom made width.
Prestressing wires are
basicaly 5 mm diameter .But we use also the 4mm wire and the T9.3 strands
. Usually this strand is acconrding the french homologation , class 1860 .
Our Mega Predalle is also provided with the transversal reinforcement and
lifting hooks . Cement content is over 400 kg/m3 . The concrete compressive is
strength is 40 MPa.

Advantages |
Structurally it performs like the
insitu cast solid slab.It can be beared by a precast or insitu cast beam .
Differential deflection or counter deflection are nearly not existant .
Embeded or appearent electrical and mechanical fittings are easy
to install.Fire resistance is from 1/2 hour to 2 hours.

Design code and quality controle |
the structural and seismic design are
to french code CPT-Plancher titre II.The Fire resistance is also to
french code DTU 1987.The quality control is carried out in our
factory material laboratory on daily basis.The client will be provided
with the test results on the ordered products.
